Director/ Record Producer:
Born in Viña del Mar (Spanish for: "Vineyard of the Sea"), the Chilean born/British record producer Alex Croft began his career in the United States in 1999 working in the making of many upcoming bands and solo artist for BMG Music group, and Island Records. Relocating in the UK in 2003 he initially worked as a freelance music projects developer before the opening of Maddie Records.
Also with the creation of Making a Band Music Competition in the UK, he has opened a new door to find talented artists across all musical genres.
Projects manager:
Mark Taylor has been working with Warner Music Group in a variety of projects which have surpassed the "Gold" (500,000) and "Platinum" (1,000,000) sales levels and earned industry recognition through Grammy Awards, Soul Train Awards, Stellar Awards and GMWA Awards. A plethora of other projects have been used by major networks and companies such as JBN, RXK, CSC, Rexmark Pictures and Bloomfield Entertainment.

Award-winning music producer Stuart Epps has a list of credits that reads like a Who's Who of the music industry over the past four decades.
Stuart Epps' musical career began in 1967 as a 15-year old office junior at Dick James Music. He quickly moved up the industry ladder to become Chief Engineer at DJM Studios, then later toured the USA with Elton John as personal assistant. Epps was involved from the start when Elton's producer, the late Gus Dudgeon, built The Mill Studios on the banks of the Thames, near Maidenhead. It was not long before Dudgeon asked Epps to become Chief Engineer, Studio Manager and Producer.
Some of Epps' most noteworthy clients have included Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Chris Rea, George Harrison, Mick Fleetwood, Barry White, George Michael, Mark Owen, Cliff Richard, Twisted Sister, Brian Adams, Oasis, Kiki Dee, Robbie Williams, Bill Wyman and of course Elton John.
